Friends of Graphic Design is growing (in real life AND online) and we've added an officer position: Media Guru! Are you awesome at the internets? Love to blog? Savvy with all questions pertaining to confusing tech-y things? If so, we want you! Applications are due by February 19th (that's THIS FRIDAY!); Elections will be held the following week (the poll will be open online February 22-26th).
• This is a stipended position. ($$$)
• This position is open to all students currently enrolled as Graphic Design majors.
• This position is open to students of all levels (underclassmen are encouraged to apply!)
• Student will be required to sign a contract of commitment to the position before proceeding with duties and receiving stipend.
• This position requires a high level of organization and a time commitment.
• You will work closely with the other student officers to help FoGD function.
•This position requires the student to be proficient in the following programs, applications and contexts: Adobe Creative Suite, Video and sound editing, & Web hosting + FTP file transfers
• There are possibilities to receive school credit for your participation with the group.
• This position doesn't just take care of tech stuff! As an officer, the student is expected to take a leadership role and be active in all group happenings.
• We have a LOT of fun!
