Founded in 1968, Chiron Studies is a unique program that makes it possible for PSU students to design and teach accredited courses not yet offered in the university’s curriculum. Student instructors work with a faculty advisor throughout the process and get paid for teaching.
We are currently seeking a dedicated, trustworthy designer to develop promotional materials such as calls for course proposals, course announcements, and more, totaling approximately 5-10 designs per term. The Design Director will collaborate with Chiron Studies Coordinator Rozzell Medina and be open to making alterations to design work at client’s request.
This is an unpaid position, but an excellent opportunity to have one’s work seen by a lot of people. Color and black-and-white printing costs will be paid by Chiron Studies.
For more information, and to apply for this position, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org. Applicants will be interviewed in-person and present examples of their 2D design work.
Deadline to Apply: August 1, 2010
